With projects in both interaction design and research Lisa brings a unique perspective to any project. She knows it goes beyond what ‘should work’ to what ‘actually does.’ In her role as Usability Analyst for the renowned ad agency Ogilvy & Mather (NYC), she worked on research projects for clients like DuPont, UPS and IBM. From transactional sites to virtual reality apps, Lisa managed everything end-to-end while balancing business objectives, timelines, resources and budgets. She also has extensive experience designing UX within the financial and insurance sectors with companies like Citigroup, Fidelity Investments, Prudential and AIG.
Companies have been trusting Lisa to design user experiences and conduct user research since 2004. From start-ups to Fortune 50 companies, she collaborates with clients to understand their business goals and to craft a unique solution to meet their needs. Lisa is a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) from Human Factors International (What is this?).

Annie is an User Experience Designer, living in New York. She crafts interactive solutions that span a spectrum of brands, such as American Express, IBM, Mikimoto, Gerber, UPS, IKEA, Pfizer, Time Warner Cable, Atlantis Resort and Virgin America. She specializes in delivering user experience on highly transactional platforms from concept to completion.
Annie has been helping people solve problems since 1999 or not long after a Cognitive psychologist, Don Norman coined the term “User Experience” in the 1990s. (The field is older than the definition of the term) Why does this matter? Annie is equipped with practical experience leading projects across all things digital with leading agencies worldwide to help you navigate your brand experience.
